1. Technology Investment Manager\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n
BICI USA is seeking four experienced technical professionals\/engineers to work alongside talented team and partners. The goal is to invest and incubate technologies with true market need and manager existing dozens of portfolio companies\/projects.<\/h6>\n
Areas: new materials, processing technologies, electronics and water treatment.<\/h6>\n
Responsibilities:<\/h6>\n
    \n
  • \n
    Source deals, work out investment strategy and due diligence, provide guidance to early stage technologies and help to establish start-up companies.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Collaborate closely US and China team as well external partners including professors and company CEO\/CTOs\/Chief Engineers.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Analyze market need and technology trend.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • \n
      Combine your engineering skills with marketing potentials.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Validate commercialization path.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Minimum qualifications:<\/h6>\n
        \n
      • \n
        5 years of working experience.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Experience with technical product development.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Experience as a people manager – leading teams and developing junior personnel.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Write investment documents in Chinese.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Preferred qualifications:<\/h6>\n
          \n
        • \n
          Master or Ph.D. degree.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Ability to present clear and concise recommendations to senior management.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Effective verbal and written communication skills.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Proactive Action-er.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Critical thinker.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
