1. Technology Investment Manager
BICI USA is seeking four experienced technical professionals/engineers to work alongside talented team and partners. The goal is to invest and incubate technologies with true market need and manager existing dozens of portfolio companies/projects.
Areas: new materials, processing technologies, electronics and water treatment.
Responsibilities:

Source deals, work out investment strategy and due diligence, provide guidance to early stage technologies and help to establish start-up companies.

Collaborate closely US and China team as well external partners including professors and company CEO/CTOs/Chief Engineers.

Analyze market need and technology trend.

Combine your engineering skills with marketing potentials.

Validate commercialization path.
Minimum qualifications:
-
5 years of working experience.

Experience with technical product development.
-
Experience as a people manager – leading teams and developing junior personnel.

Write investment documents in Chinese.
Preferred qualifications:
-
Master or Ph.D. degree.

Ability to present clear and concise recommendations to senior management.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
-
Proactive Action-er.

Critical thinker.
